Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has been involved in a car accident, his spokesman has revealed.

A passenger car collided with the presidential vehicle and his escort in the capital Kyiv, Sergii Nykyforov said in a short statement.

“The president was examined by a doctor, no serious injuries were found,” he said.

The driver of the car that collided with the motorcade was treated at the scene and driven away in an ambulance.

Mr Nykyforov said all the circumstances of the traffic accident were being investigated by law enforcement officers.

  1. for the father of zelensky ,, it's best for your troops to learn first to use advanced weapons of NATO assistance , if your troops still can't use NATO-assisted weapons, THAT's the same as NATO aid in vain

  3. Zelensky is exactly now a president should behave. How far he has come from being blackmailed by Trump a few years ago to now kicking the Russian army’s butt on the battlefield. Russia is the second biggest and strongest military in the world supposedly. Turns out that Russian propaganda is coming back to bite them as they aren’t able to back up their claims of a powerful army

  4. I believe, knowing Zelenski and his government, the poor car driver was not taken to hospital but to be destroyed somewhere and somehow. That's what this regime is doing with many people for years!

  5. “An initiative, called “Digital4Freedom” was presented by Ukraine’s Deputy PM and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov in Switzerland. Fedorov is described as long-time friend of President Volodymyr Zelensky and a fellow enthusiast in ushering it ever greater levels of digitalization.

The initiative appears very ambitious, and optimistic: it is to make Ukraine “the most digital state in the world,” and that has been the pitch made to the audience in Lugano, who were asked to contribute funds and cooperate on forging a “digital Marshall plan” for Ukraine.

The general promise is that in the future, the Ukrainian government and Big Tech will be “closely interlinked,” while turning the country into “a European Israel.”

  7. From the archive, 9 March 1983: Reagan calls Moscow an evil empire

President Reagan yesterday maintained his uncompromising stance on arms control with a ferocious denunciation of the Soviet Union. He told an evangelical conference in Orlando, Florida that the Russians had "the aggressive impulses of an evil empire" and he lashed out at "those who would place the United States in a position of military and moral inferiority."

"Simple-minded appeasement or wishful thinking about our adversaries is folly," the President declared. The issue was not simply the arms race but the struggle between right and wrong..

  8. Think if you look at history that the land was fought over with polish,Romanian factions against Russian Cossack in 1656.The Russian won that war and took the the land and Ukraine never existed until 280 years later from 1918 to 1920 and that was a unofficial occupation 🤔 The rapid advancement happed because Russian conscripts were told to withdraw from Kharkiv before Ukrainian forces got there. The advancement has now slow down because Ukraine are up against Russian regulars and crack Russian forces.Think the battle lines will stay the same now until spring when the ground becomes firm again.

  10. Be careful there Ukraine people, when it comes to war against Putin there is nothing ACCIDENT but well planned assassination. And the last thing you Ukrainians want now is getting this man killed in an "accident" before he can put an end on Putin.
