This is par for the course. Just watched another video today of a guy that killed a person while he was out on bond, and they gave him bond again. It just doesn't make sense.

So very sorry for this loss of a beautiful life!! I’ve come to the conclusion that no one seems to be watching these offenders or tracking their ankle monitors. I don’t understand why parole officers/ authorities aren’t checking on them but they’re not. Maybe understaffed? I don’t know, but no one has answered my questions about this here in Fort Bend County. Rather than reveal the issues that seem to prevent PO from doing their jobs, and allow for real and effective improvements, the ADAs Office has chosen to covet, conceal, mislead, and ignore requests, and even subpoenas. In my case, the ADA went as far as filing a suit to quash my attorneys subpoena for GPS, and PO tracking records!! I do not understand it. It feels like they would rather put their embarrassment of failure before the community’s safety- denying any possibility of exploring protocol improvements. I pray this family has Justice and this coward is recaptured and put behind bars- NOT under the false security of ankle monitor.
