"Alcohol creates 90% of the work" well if we outlaw alcohol you would be made redundant, possibly end up in debt like the rest of the country, how about making it dry all week and limit the amount people can buy through a data base and tax cannabis, creating work for others and still holding the jib you have if not taking steps up the command ladder, the UK is pathetic with its laws, they need to be far harsher and I don't mean some swanky TV and a pet dog for someone on death row, I mean give the guards powers to make then grounds to put prisoners in segregation for up to 3 months but as little as 3 days or make them work at a water purification plant under 24 hour watch with armed gurards for the worst of the worst

….. And you know what else they should have done that would stop morons drink driving? Take that lovely Mercedes that he was driving, and crush it. Or better still, let the cops have it, or even better still, sell it and let the proceeds go to the victims of drink drivers. Anybody who blows over the limit and is found guilty has their driving license automatically revoked PERMANENTLY for life. THAT would stop drink driving.
To the contrary, if alcohol were banned there would be more drunkenness and besides you'd have to enforce the law against alcohol, there would be work for thousands more police!
