A serious traffic accident in the province of Ourense, in the municipality of A Merca, at least one person has died.
According to police sources, the incident occurred after one in the afternoon. It was a frontal collision between two vehicles on the road that connects A Merca with Celanova, the OU-540 at kilometer 13,000 in Parderrubias.
The collision would have occurred after a car, in which the person who died was traveling, left its lane and collided with an SUV of the Xunta de Galicia.
The medicalized helicopter, Health Emergencies, Civil Traffic Guard and firefighters were mobilized.
