Ipsy care doesn’t seem to be able to handle my concerns
Ipsy care doesnt seem to be able to handle my concerns in a manner that makes any sense I keep complaining because I keep getting charged and then they cancel my subscription I dont know if Im going to get the products or not because Im off and billed twice in a month because Im trying to reinstate my account so currently for June theres a $57 charge I dont know if Im going to receive the ultimate bag or not because Epsie care just canceled my account once again for what they considered pretty much questionable activity which is just me buying products from them I dont know why theres so much concern or question about that Im not selling any ipsy I love trying different products so in June I was charged twice for the small bag twice for the medium bag and ones for the large bag I received the small and medium bag But I have no idea about the large ultimate bag or the funding I paid for it and I dont even know if Im gonna get it again

I really wish Epsie would just let me pay and receive the products and not try to micromanage what I’m doing when I’m doing nothing but wanting to buy products if I have a question please don’t cancel me because I asked a question if you build me twice in the month FC just refund the money but don’t cancel me because I asked why are you billed me twice.
