A 60-year-old woman has been run over while crossing the avenue
The fatal accident occurred around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon at Avda. Jesús Navarro at the height of McDonald’s.
A woman in her 60s and a resident of Novelda has been run over by a vehicle while crossing the avenue.
Three local police cars from Novelda and two emergency ambulances from the Generalitat (SVB) quickly arrived at the scene of the accident.
The toilets spent more than forty minutes trying to revive the lady without a positive result, so in the end they could only certify her death.
