A motorcyclist was hit from behind by a convicted drunk driver. Police in Surrey, England, have released graphic video, filmed on the driver’s own dash cam, from an incident in July 2021. According to police, the car was going 84 miles per hour when it collided with a motorcycle. 3. Common sense law moment: if you have a conviction for DUI and hit someone again.. it’s upgraded to attempted murder 3rd degree easy.

  6. That's why you should wear a helmet & body armor,

Because you never know when some Idiot will rear-end you at 80+ MPH

  7. 30 months, ONLY? man, the court doesn’t realize that the motorcyclist almost lost his freaking life. what’s important is that we’re dealing with a drunk driver. 89mph. nearly 90! the guy broke his back, too. 30 months isn’t enough.

  8. Only 30 months for permanent back damage for the motorcyclist? That’s an insult to injury he needs more time like 10 years at least.
