Dear all,
I am writing this as a complaint after multiple attempts made to the company to refund my amount of 1, 00, 000 ( one lakh rupees ) which they charged me by offering complete visa processsing and direct PR qualification for Canada . This happened almost 3 years ago and till now I have heard only different kinds of excuses .
First they charged me Rs 3, 000 for technical qualification and said to me that I am qualified to get the PR, only thing is that I have to score an IELTS score more than 6.5 . I have score 7 and 7.5 two times after submitting every single document that they have asked me . Now, again they are asking me to write the IELTS exam so as to reach the cut off score of Canada PR invitation .
This seems to be a never ending process to me . After trying 2 or 3 times you will feel irritated and then you will move on and then they say that you will not get a refund if you don’t qualify ! Simple, you lost your money and they played you .
Whenever you ask about the refund, they will say that I have signed a legal agreement ( yes, the agreement said that if you don’t submit the proper documents you may fail to qualify and in that case you will not get a refund and if it the mistake of the agency for not being able to provide you the PR, them they would provide the refund ).
The point is, they will not accept that it’s thier mistake ! They will say that they will provide you job assistance program through which you can increase your score, but they will not.
They will say that you are eligible for PR but then after paying they will keep on saying that your IELTS score is not enough .
They will assign you a documentation manager which changes all the time, every time new excuses !
THEY WILL MAKE YOU SIGN THE LEAGAL AGREEMENT WHICH IS COMPLETELY IN FAVOURABLE FOR THEM AND ONLY SEND YOUNTHE AGREEMENT AFTER YOU MAKE THE PAYMENT !
Please don’t fall for them, I request everyone to see the Canadian immigration website and look for registered immigration consultants / agents so that you don’t get cheated
