I ordered a clock from Clockway and actually received it 5 days before I received a tracking number from them. I was also supposed to get a “free gift” with my order and that was not included. The clock ended up not being what I wanted — much smaller than I expected — and I returned it. It took 10 days to get approval to send it back. They received it on the 15th of the month (I got a confirmation email from UPS) and so far 22 days later, I still do not have a refund to my credit card. They hold onto your money for dear life! Stay away from these folks.
