Source: An oversight, possible cause of the fatal accident in Lavacolla

Black Thursday for the roads of Santiago with the death of a 64-year-old man, initials AJC, as a result of a road exit on the AC-250, towards Sigüeiro. The tragic accident took place around 9:15 p.m., when the driver, the only occupant of the vehicle at that time, lost control of the car, falling down one of the sides of the road. Although at the moment the exact causes of the accident are unknown, sources from the Civil Guard have advanced that it could be due to a possible mistake at the wheel.
The deceased, a resident of Santiago de Compostela, according to what the meritorious pointed out to EL CORREO GALLEGO, was circulating from Lavacolla to the bordering municipality of Oroso when he escaped, on a descent at kilometer five, on the left side of the road.
As a result of the accident, the tourism, which was left face down, moved several meters through a farm, the deceased being trapped inside it.
The 112 Galicia received the notice, moving to the place a crew from the Santiago Fire Brigade, who were in charge of releasing the man’s body, according to the emergency entity, as well as an ambulance assisted by Advanced Life Support (SVA) of Urxencias Sanitarias de Galicia – 061, who treated the patient on the same road, although they could do nothing to save his life.
