In April 2019 I purchased a Acme Dresden Sofa. Didn’t received until August of 2019. In a couple of months, I noticed there were little cracks, hoping, it wouldn’t get any worse. But it did, in April 2020 I went ahead file claim. Claimed was approved. Sofa was on back order, and they would call when it stock. I never received a call, Called them and the said sofa had been delivered, which it had not. So they had to wait on courier. They supposedly order another sofa, that sofa was lost. They Ordered another and tracked it down and found in a warehouse in Houston, but was closed to COVID. To shorten this, I started making calls a couple of weeks ago with a promise to be contacted with 48 hours.. never happened called again, same thing. Then I received email stating claim was cancelled due to wear and tear. Which was not the case. The factory warranty was still in effect, and I purchased the Premium 5 Year Protection, so one or the other should have covered. I spent Over 8500.00 with them, was waiting for the issue to be resolved and to get my Sofa, then I was going to do another 8000.00 to 10,000.00 for bedroom suit and dinette set, which obviously not going to happen. Very unsatisfactory how this all has been handled.
