Police say a drunk driver in a stolen car struck and killed a 16-year-old boy in Philadelphia. NBC10βs Deanna Durante spoke with the teenβs mother as well as the owner of the stolen car who has video of the suspect.

My deepest condolences to this babyboy. 16…so much he gonna be missing out in life…the experience to finish school,have his first kid…making his mom grandmom. Not fair.
